Spectrum Digital Mini Mix Competition!

A couple of months back, Fusion dropped a mix made entirely using computer software on Spectrum. In speaking to him, we figured it'd be cool to hear some more mixes made the same way... and figured, pooling what little resources we had, making a competition out of it! You can hear the mix Fusion made, as well as details of the competition, in the 14 June 2009 episode of Spectrum (featuring BCee & Driver) below...

Again, here are the details:

We're looking for a 10 minute max minimix; this mix is to be structured like a proper mix, but we're expecting use of computer software, so we can hear things you can't normally do by hand (triple drops, use of acapellas, samples - GO MAD)! All entries must be in 320kbps MP3 format, and sent to spectrumicr@hotmail.co.uk; the best entries will be featured on Spectrum for the duration of the competition.

The closing date for entries will be Monday, 27 July 2009, with the winner announced on Sunday, 2nd of August 2009. Prizes will include: Spearhead back catalogue + latest promos and a 60 minute mix (mixed the old fashioned way) to be featured on Spectrum! Get on your job, and GOOD LUCK!
