While I've not heard a new Zinc DnB tune as of late, the dude's one of my favorite producers within the genre. Dude's got a pretty nice variation to his style, but it's his undeniable dancefloor appeal is his sticking point. Recently, via twitter, he released two of his finest remixes: the 2003 version of his Fugees "Ready Or Not" remix, and the seminal "Shook Ones" Mobb Deep remix. At 320. Test these now, see if they do as much damage now as they did then. I imagine you'd be surprised. I've made a couple of mirrors, just in case those sharebee links die:10 November 2010

dj zinc has been focusing on a creating a new style of house music he calls crackhouse(seriously). i know its a shame to lose such a legend in the drum and bass genre but i suppose he needs to test some new waters. he did that house mix for mixmag a couple of months ago not really my thing but hey you cant beat drum and bass can you.
